The Recharge Process and Influencing Meteorological Parameters Indicated by Cave Pool Hydrology in the Bare Karst Mountainous Area

Understanding the recharge and runoff processes of vadose zone is significant for water resource management utilization in karst mountain areas. Hydrological modeling caves has provided new methods evaluating resources zones. This paper provides hydrology a subtropical cave. The monitoring was conducted Yuanyang Cave, Fengshan County, Guangxi Province, Southwest China. By level pool recharged by drop cave, model established to calculate natural leakage from bottom infiltrated above. Combined with meteorological data records, occurrence events analyzed. correlation between them multiple linear regression. results showed that infiltration ratio precipitation 20.88%. Recent rainfall 4–7 days had shown greater impact on than 3 days. effect evaporation significant. regression cave used understand hydrological process zone, which useful method evaluation remote area.
